误区一：介绍自己，事无巨细
“Now，tell us something about yourself.”
这是 面试 的时候大家普遍会被问到的一个常规问题，看似简单却不好回答。没有人真正对你在什么地方出生感兴趣，他们真正感兴趣的是你的专业背景和你的工作经历。考官其实是在问你“Why should I hire you?”应聘教师职位你可以说:”Majoring in English and being passionate about education, I choose teaching as my career. I’ve got a lot making of a good teacher. First, I am good at communicating with people…”
误区二：问及缺点，闪烁其词
“What is your greatest weakness?”
当被问及你的缺点是什么的时候，如何应对?这也算是一个棘手的“常规问题”。“金无足赤，人无完人”，每个人都有自己的'缺点，有很多缺点是我们自己很清楚的，也有一些是我们自己都不自知的。

误区三：谈到薪水，缺乏策略
在 面试 中，薪水也是必须谈的问题，当面试官问道“Let’s talk about salary. What are you looking for?”，该如何回答呢?很多 求职 者要么回答得太快，太直接，要么就是不敢作答，生怕自己的要价吓跑了雇主。一句“well, that’s something I’ve thought long and hard about and I think someone with my experience should get between X & Y。”就够了。或者说“I am looking for my first job, so what I’m more interested is what the position can offer my career。”这显示了新人应有的态度。
